Evelyn Coldsmith joined Fulton Mortgage Company, a Division of Fulton Bank in 2020. As a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer, Evelyn has 15 years of experience in the banking industry; 13 years of which were in lending and mortgage. Evelyn specializes in purchases in a majority of programs: FHA, PHFA, VA, RHS, Conventional, Portfolio, Medical Professionals Program to include first time home buyer programs and grants, new construction, and refinances. While providing 100% customer satisfaction, Evelyn strives to build and nurture relationships in order to provide a seamless home buying experience so that customers can find the best mortgage to meet their personal needs.
