Chip has 31 years of experience in the mortgage industry as a loan officer. He joined Fulton Mortgage Company, a Division of Fulton Bank in 2024 after a 30 year career at Truist/BB&T. As a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer, he specializes in construction permanent lending, doctor loans, and wealth lending and loves to help people with one of their largest financing decisions. Communication and accessibility are Chip's main focus and he would consider it an honor to assist with the financing of your next home.
