Ted has over 37 years’ experience in the agriculture services industry and joined Fulton Bank in 2004.  As Director of Agricultural Banking, SVP, Ted provides leadership for Fulton’s five-state footprint.

I’ve had the privilege of being Director of the Agricultural Banking Group for the past eleven years and have been part of the group since joining Fulton eighteen years ago. Prior to that I was an Agricultural Relationship Manager for nineteen years in Lancaster covering Southern and Central Pennsylvania. My entire career has been in Agricultural Banking in Pennsylvania and the surrounding states.

Samuel has over 10 years’ experience in the agriculture services industry. He joined Fulton Bank in 2022. As Agricultural Relationship Manager, Samuel provides services to Berks, Schuylkill Counties and in the Greater Lehigh Valley Area of Pennsylvania.

I developed my passion for Agricultural by growing up on family’s beef cattle farm in Sussex County, NJ. I have over a decade of agricultural lending experience.

Lowell has over 30 years’ experience in the agriculture services industry. He joined Fulton Bank in 1994. As a Sr. Vice President Agriculture Relationship Manager, Lowell provides services to large agriculture production farms and agri-business sectors for entire Fulton Bank Mid-Atlantic region. 

My wife and I are 6th generation owners of the Lancaster County family farm where I was born and raised. Originally a dairy farm, we now grow broiler chickens along with row crops on the 80-acre farm.  My business experience and respect for family heritage allows me to bring a practical and unique perspective to my customers as we strive to achieve financial success and growth together.

Scott has 30 years’ experience in the agriculture services industry. He joined Fulton Bank in 2015. As Vice President, Senior Relationship Manager, Scott provides services to Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York.

Born and raised on Berks County, Pennsylvania dairy farm, I have over three decades of agricultural banking experience with significant knowledge on production dairy, contract poultry and swine, and crops.

Loren has over 16 years’ experience in the agriculture and financial services industry. He joined Fulton Bank in 2016. As Vice President, Agribusiness Relationship Manager, Loren provides services to large production ag and agribusiness clients throughout Fulton Bank's Mid-Atlantic region.

Born and raised on a 4^th generation beef cattle and crop farm in Lancaster County, I grew up with a deep understanding of the industry and markets, working in our family custom crop harvesting business. I am a licensed Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant and have public accounting experience in auditing and financial statement preparation of manufacturing, construction, and food processing companies. I enjoy working with my clients, advising on how best to streamline their operations and banking needs, ensuring we achieve their long-term goals together.

Lauren joined Fulton Bank in 2018 and has over 6 years’ experience in the financial services industry and has recently entered the agricultural financial services group. She provides services to the state of New Jersey. 

My appreciation for the agriculture community started when I was growing up in southern New Jersey with three horses, riding various disciplines. I support production agriculture, equine agriculture, nursery, greenhouse, and agri-business clients throughout the New Jersey region - helping them manage and grow their businesses amidst the industry’s unique challenges and complexities.

Colleen has over 5 years’ experience in the agriculture services industry. She joined Fulton Bank in 2016. As a Commercial Ag Relationship Manager, Colleen provides services to New Jersey, Chester and Lancaster counties in Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, as well as regions in Maryland and Delaware.

Agriculture has always been a part of my passion and experiences. I have been fortunate through education, working for the industry, and hands on involvement with family farming, to build a book of knowledge in agriculture. I specialize in production Ag and small agribusiness in commercial banking at Fulton Bank. My role allows me to provide, plan and share financial solutions to support new and existing customers with their business goals and farming needs.

Roarke has 3 years’ experience in the agriculture services industry. He joined Fulton Bank in 2022. As Commercial Ag Relationship Manager, Roark provides services to Lebanon, Cumberland, Lancaster and Berks Counties in Pennsylvania. 

I grew up on a small beef cattle operation in Lebanon County. My first-hand industry experience and education combine to allow me to share my knowledge and be a valuable resource for customers.

Harrison has over 5 years’ experience in the agriculture services industry. He joined Fulton Bank in 2019. As a Commercial Relationship Manager, Harrison provides services to Lancaster and York Counties in Pennsylvania. 

Agriculture has been in my family for multiple generations. Today, my wife and I live and work on our family farm. Working on our crop and steer farm helps me stay up to date on the industry and bring a valuable experience and knowledge to your specific operation. Jordan has over 13 years’ experience in the agriculture services industry. He joined Fulton Bank in 2013.  As a Vice President, Agricultural Financial Services Group, Jordan provides services to Lancaster and Chester Counties in Pennsylvania. 

I specialize in production Ag (dairy, hogs, poultry, crops) as well as wide range of Agribusiness clients. Prior to Fulton Bank, I worked on my family’s 850 cow dairy farm in Bainbridge, PA as well as an independent seed dealer for five years.

Barry has over 30 years’ experience in the agriculture services industry. He joined Fulton Bank in 2011. As Vice President, Relationship Manager, Barry provides services to the Northern Tier of Pennsylvania. 

Based in State College, I bring over three decades experience to poultry and swine facility financing, as well as dairy, cash grains, livestock, and agri business in agriculture and commercial banking.  I also have experience in the timber, forestry, and sawmill sector. I take great pride in helping clients achieve their business goals.

Jim has over 35 years’ experience in the agriculture services industry. He joined Fulton Bank in 2011. As Vice President, Senior Relationship Manager, Jim provides services to Western Berks, Lebanon, and Cumberland counties in Pennsylvania.  

I am fortunate to live on a 55-acre gentleman’s farm where my wife and I raise Katahdin hair sheep and lease out the tillable land to a neighboring dairy farmer. I have expertise in all aspects of production agriculture including dairy, crops, poultry, hogs, and specialized cropping operations.
