Fulton Bank Announces Joe Durham as Market President for Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington DC

Joe DurhamLancaster, Pa. (Oct. 3, 2024) – Fulton Bank recently named Joe Durham as the new Market President for the region that includes Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC.

As Market President, Durham provides regional leadership and ensures collaboration across consumer, business banking, commercial, and wealth management lines of business, as well as with community outreach partners in the market. He will report to Fulton Bank Executive Market President Jeff Rush.

“Whether it is supporting diverse entrepreneurship in the region or dedicating his time and resources to the community, Joe is a passionate and committed leader in the market,” Rush said. "His experience and industry expertise will significantly impact our continued mission to bring growth and change to the communities we serve.”

Durham joined Fulton Bank in 2014 and worked most recently as Regional Commercial Executive. He has been a member of the Board for Goodwill Industries of the Chesapeake for the past 12 years and has served as Chair for the past five years. He was also recently named to the Board of the Greater Baltimore Committee. Durham is a graduate of Towson University.
