Employee Spotlight

Parth PatelParth Patel is making the most out of his experience at Fulton Bank. As a recipient of the Fulton Bank Diversity Scholarship in 2019, Parth went on to graduate from the University of Delaware with a degree in Computer Science in 2022.

Prior to graduation, he served as a seasonal teller for Fulton Bank for more than three years before joining the Bank’s IT Management Trainee program. He had the opportunity to work on the Nautilus system upgrade during his first rotation with the Identity Access Management team, while creating access and program groups for new hires. His second rotation in Protection Services exposed him to a different side of technology focused on the physical security of bank from cameras to security guards to badge security.

Parth also has a passion for financial literacy as evident by his decision to teach a Junior Achievement class at Fulton Bank. Since then, he’s counseled friends and others about insurance, savings, retirement and investments for fun – but hopes to become an on-the-job mentor someday.

When asked what he loves most about Fulton, Parth cites the company’s culture as its top perk.

“It’s an incredible culture where managers genuinely support your growth and do all they can to help you succeed. Personal growth doesn’t just matter – it’s encouraged, which makes for a wholly rewarding experience.”

He hopes to continue with Fulton as a full-time employee in the IT department.
