Cindy Hart

Employee Spotlight

Cindy Hart

Cindy Hart joined Fulton Bank in 2005 as a part-time teller – a temporary position in between teaching specialist roles. But Fulton saw long-term potential in Hart who was invited to apply to the Management Trainee program by her branch manager. She was accepted and began her first rotation in 2006.

Hart completed seven rotations in the program and had an opportunity to work with various lines of business within the Bank from charitable endowments and customer service to marketing and credit analysis. She learned so many facets through the experience before accepting a position as an assistant branch manager in Harrisburg.

Ultimately, Hart opted for a role on a new training development team that would enable Fulton to write its own training materials vs. using a third-party vendor. She was one of the first employees hired to help develop the new training materials – a full circle moment for the educator.

In 2010, Hart joined the IT department in a project management role, and today she is the IT Business Enablement Director where she partners with the business areas to identify and support their various technology needs.

Hart attributes her happiness and success at Fulton to the people and the environment.

“The support of my colleagues, the opportunities for growth and the Bank’s commitment to our local communities are the reasons I’ve been a proud Fulton employee over the past 18 years.”
