Kelly has over 18 years of experience in the banking/finance industry (of which 2 years were in the mortgage industry) and started with Fulton Mortgage Company, a Division of Fulton Bank in 2020 as a Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant. In 2022, Kelly was promoted to a Mortgage Loan Officer and provides mortgage services to the Culpeper, Greene, Orange, and Madison counties in Virginia.
