Jagat Pandya is a natural mentor, particularly when it comes to finances. Born in India, he moved to the U.S. at the age of 12. Prior to embarking on the college experience, Jagat served as a military reservist for six years.
Van Dang is a true Fulton success story. She joined the Management Trainee program upon graduating from Albright College in 2002 with a degree in international business, marketing and economics.
As a recipient of the Fulton Bank Diversity Scholarship in 2019, Parth went on to graduate from the University of Delaware with a degree in Computer Science in 2022.
Kendra Fitz knew she wanted to work in finance someday. When looking for “just a summer job” in 2018, she applied for a commercial banking internship at Fulton Bank.
Cindy Hart joined Fulton Bank in 2005 as a part-time teller. But Fulton saw long-term potential in Hart who was invited to apply to the Management Trainee program by her branch manager.
In 2017, Samantha rejoined Fulton as a Management Trainee with a rotation in enterprise risk management. She completed five rotations over the next nine months, including one at a local branch.
Lauren joined in 2018 as a senior teller before joining its Management Trainee Program in 2021 where she joined the team supporting underwriting and analysis needs.
